10-Day Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 10 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@bymnvyr.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup within 24 hours — no need to ship it yourself.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
